All orders over £30 value on our website come with free delivery to the UK only.
We use Royal Mail first class for standard delivery.
All items [in stock] will be sent on the next postal day.
Customers can contact us to arrange special delivery / signature delivery at an extra charge
Orders totalling £75 or more will always be posted via signature delivery.
Delivery times will not be guaranteed for Christmas on all orders placed on or after 18th December.
We are happy to post items overseas, but this will incur additional postage costs and a delay in delivery depending upon the destination.
Please email us with an inquiry and we'll reply with a quote as quickly as possible.
Any special order items will have a wait time on suppliers, and you will be notified beforehand of any delays.

Large and Fragile items
Some items will be available for click and collect only: these will be clearly marked. This will be for weight restrictions, fragile parts and excessive postage costs e.g. large picture frames.
An email or sms will be sent as soon as your item has been dispatched to keep you informed of what's happening with your order.
We will happily accept returns for unwanted items, as long as they are returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in perfect resaleable condition.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a full guarantee on all our products - no quibble whatsoever as long as they are returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in perfect resaleable condition.
All products are carefully selected and checked for quality, sizing and standards. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we'll organise a return to exchange/ refund as quickly as possible.
You will need to pay for the postage to return your item. If the reason for return is our fault, eg. incorrect or faulty items, we will refund the cost of postage as well as the price of the item once we have received it. Please keep your proof of postage.
If the reason for the return is not our fault, e.g. you ordered the wrong size or have changed your mind about the item, we will not refund postage costs.
Please note that each item of clothing has its own sizing chart which customers are advised to refer to to assist them in selecting the right size. If an item is returned because it doesn’t fit, but measures as described in its size guide, we will not refund postage costs to you.

Our shop can be found at 2 Abbey Road, Llangollen, and we love to see our customers in person. Our online shop is ace but nothing beats having a good look at all our items in real life: it's an absolute treasure trove and there’s something for everyone!
However, we are operating in the global Covid-19 pandemic, and as such we must adhere to Welsh and UK Government statutes and guidelines at all times. Whilst these may change frequently, customers can rest assured that ReCollections fully complies with current statutes and guidelines at all times.
This may mean that:
the shop could be required to close;
that customers may be required to wear masks unless exempt;
that customers may be required to use the hand sanitiser we provide upon entering the shop;
that the number of customers in the shop at one time may be limited;
that social distancing may be required between customers and staff, both inside and when queuing outside the shop;
that staff may be undertaking additional cleaning procedures, etc.
This is not an exhaustive list and other measures may be required as instructed by the Welsh or UK Governments, or as decided upon by management updating our Covid-19 Risk Assessment. These requirements will be made clear to customers outside and inside the shop.
Our staff and customers’ health and wellbeing is our priority, so please follow any instructions and be patient with staff and other customers in these challenging times. Anyone refusing to comply will be asked to leave the premises.
We welcome all customers to our shop, but we wish to advise you that we are based in an old building and are therefore limited by its design.
We wish to advise people with mobility difficulties and those using mobility aids that our floors are somewhat uneven due to the age of the building. We do not have a wheelchair ramp but there is a small step into the shop.
Our experience is that people using standard-width wheelchairs are able to enter and navigate the shop, but those using wider manual or larger electric wheelchairs may not be able to fit them through the doorway.
Any such customers are welcome to either:
visit the shop outside and staff will bring items of interest to you if you feel that would be suitable;
arrange a mutually convenient time for a virtual ‘guided tour’ of the shop, where a member of staff will conduct a video chat with you, showing you around the store. You may select items to purchase and we can take payment and post out to you;

There is a small layby which fits three cars about 50 yards to the left of the shop in which the public can park: this may be most suitable for customers with mobility difficulties. Unfortunately this is a public highway and is therefore first-come, first-served: ReCollections cannot reserve a space.
There are no longer public parking spaces outside of the shop: these have been removed and replaced with double yellow lines.
The shop does not have its own car park or parking spaces.
Customers are therefore advised to park in one of Llangollen’s many public car parks which are just a short walk away.
